IntelliGRACS Group, Inc. is owned by Celia Baker, JD, CRISC, CIPP, CGEIT, CISM, CISA, CISSP. Celia is an accomplished security executive with over 18 years experience in managing security and risk initiatives. She has extensive experience in IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, all areas of information and physical security, as well as business continuity/disaster recovery planning and vendor management. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, is a Persian Gulf War Veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, and has earned a Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School. As part of her law school program, Celia clerked with Privacy & Information Management Services, an internationally-recognized law firm that serves Fortune 500 clients in the areas of privacy, security and data protection.
